She has led acquisitions, dispositions, creative finance, and investment strategies in multiple markets, always believing some of the best opportunities are found where others see obstacles.

She saw how many investors were juggling five to fifteen files alone, wearing every hat from acquisitions to transaction coordinator. Constant Close was built to take that busy work off their plate.
